misbuilt is a 5 chapter  horror game that takes place inside wonderworks which is basically this giant messed up place full of stuff that really should not still be alive but is anyways

you walk around different parts of wonderworks talk to people solve stuff run from things fight bosses survive weird experiments and slowly find out more about what happened there

the game gets creepy sometimes but its also really stupid sometimes because i did not want it to be just serious horror the entire time

theres a bunch of characters in it like morrow keeper kiln puddles tester mottle and shadzooz

shadzooz is there

he helps sometimes i guess

usually not

the game has

• a full 5 chapter campaign
• a lot of story and dialogue
• exploring
• chase scenes
• boss fights and other encounters
• puzzles and movement stuff
• a bunch of different places inside wonderworks
• checkpoints and chapter progression
• a lot of characters and lore
• music that changes depending on whats happening
• a full ending
• a post credits scene
• and a little look at what comes after misbuilt

misbuilt is really inspired by the kind of indie horror games i like where something can actually be creepy and serious and then like 20 seconds later something really stupid happens

i wanted it to feel like its own weird thing and not just be horror nonstop

so yeah
